What A Night!

Oh my God... The Coldplay concert was unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE. This is the only band I think, that sounds so much better LIVE than on their albums, just cos of the crowd interaction, plus the energy that they put into their performances. Totally worth the $188. The only sad part about their performance I felt was that they didn't do "Amsterdam" =\ sigh but apart from that it was fabulous. Chris Martin, John Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion are geniuses, I tell you, pure God-like geniuses.

That wasn't the only fantastic bit of the night. I went for the Naturally 7 concert yesterday for the Mosaic Music Festival, which totally blew my mind, and today, just before the Coldplay concert started, Sumi and I were talking about how ripped Jamal (the high voice/electric guitar in my previous post's video) was, I spotted this totally ripped African-American dude walking a flight of stairs below us and pointed him out to Sumi, saying "you mean something like him" or something along those lines... Then we both took a closer look and OMGZWTFBBQ it was NATURALLY 7 AT THE COLDPLAY CONCERT!!! No one seemed to recognize them (a cappella doesn't enjoy such a huge fan base in Singapore =\) and they were just walking freely, and they sat at the block below us! We were like at block T13, they were at A13.

So after the epic concert ended, Sumi and I hung back (making Perry, Diana and Aw Yong wait for us haha) to look for them, when most of the stadium cleared, we spotted them hanging around the area that they were sitting, and we approached them to take a photo!

Dwight, Jamal and Warren were somewhere else. I was so excited, that my legs turned to jelly man. So cool! I'm so happy I had the guts to go up and speak to them. Many thanks to Aw Yong, who took this photo with her digital camera, then sent it to me :)

What a night! Possibly the greatest night of my life. If I were to die any second now, I'd die a happy man.
