Disillusioned

Why does everyone who buys a DSLR think that that qualifies them to be a photographer already.

You know what owning a DSLR means? It just means you're a DSLR owner.

There are many things I concede that I'm not as good at as others, but don't you condescend on me and pretend that you know much more about photography than I do, writing off whatever I have to say about it. I have been doing this for 7 years and counting. What you've done is touch the tip of the iceberg.

I guess if you've got money to burn it's not any of my business.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all too happy for people who are interested in the hobby to take it up, but we all know the real reason why the above-mentioned kind of people take photography up anyway.

Please kindly don't pollute the profession.
